Restaurant Terms & Conditions for Chef’s Table at Cooma
Arrival
Please call us if you are running later than 20 minutes after your booked time. We may contact you about this booking so please ensure your email and phone number are up to date.
Booking terms
Bookings are only valid after a 50% non-refundable deposit is taken by using a valid credit/debit card or BACS.
Cancellations and reductions in numbers made between 48 hours and 24 hours before the date booked, will not be subject to a surcharge, but to the non-refundable deposit taken at the time of booking.
No shows and unannounced reductions in numbers made less than 24 hours before the date of the booking will be charged full price of the menu of £85 per person.
Pets
Unfortunately we cannot accept any pets here at our house.
No smoking
For the comfort and safety of all our guests no smoking is permitted in any building on our premises.
Damage
We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to property or structure of Cooma.
Dietary requirements
Please call us about any requirements as we cannot promise to cater for many different dietary requirements. We only do one set menu on the day.
