Refined French cuisine
in the comfort of our home
Chef’s Table at Cooma is not just a private restaurant, it’s our home.
Cooma is a country house in the countryside around Antrim, Northern Ireland. It lies on top of Ladyhill, 20 minutes northwest of Belfast and 50 minutes from the North Coast. It has magnificent views of Lough Neagh, the Mourne and the Sperrin Mountains and has beautiful gardens and woodlands where we grow vegetables and fruits and keep bees. “Cooma” is aboriginal for “place overlooking water”.
We cook what we grow…
We go back to the foundations of hospitality: to give our guests a unique and personal experience, the same as in a classy restaurant but without the formality of it.
We do everything ourselves, without any staff. Filip, a Belgian Michelin-star trained Chef de Cuisine with more than 25 years experience in high-end creative French cuisine, cooks what RoseAnna grows in the gardens, we both serve our guests and even the ever-changing wine list is a collection of bottles we like.
