RoseAnna Gallop, née Cunningham, is a professional clinical reflexologist, with a diploma in aromatherapy. She studied hotel management in Edinburgh and French cookery in England under French Chef de Cuisine Christophe Buey. But foremost she is a passionate gardener. RoseAnna is Filip’s main supplier of quality ingredients, be it vegetables, fruits or herbs.

Filip Verheyden

Belgian Chef de Cuisine 

Filip Verheyden is a Belgian Chef de Cuisine and entrepreneur with more than 25 years experience in high-end French Michelin-star cooking. He has also been an internationally award-winning publisher and writer of cookery books and an academic wine magazine, he owned a farm in South Africa where he grew organic garlic, owned a honey processing company and made raw-milk goat’s cheeses from his own milking goat herd. He is an avid beekeeper and forester.

Young adults, 16 and over, are welcome but will be served the same menu.
